Will it survive baggage handling?

Yes — the plastic is impact-resistant and the print is scratch-resistant. We've tested it through repeated airline handling.

Will the finder need an app?

No — any smartphone camera scans the QR code and opens the response page in a browser.

Will the call use international roaming?

No — the call is routed through our system. The finder pays nothing; you pay nothing for receiving the call.

20.4% of Australian travellers have had luggage misplaced by an airline. 6.8% never received their belongings back at all. 78.5% of those who lost luggage received no compensation from their airline. The numbers are stark — and the Smart Luggage Emergency QR Card is designed for exactly those moments. The Smart Luggage Emergency QR Card is a durable plastic QR code card sized for luggage tag sleeves, backpack pockets, or wallet inserts. Attach it to your suitcase, backpack, daypack, or laptop bag. If it goes missing — at an airport, on a train, in a taxi — anyone who finds it can scan the QR code to reach you in seconds, regardless of where in the world you are.
